If the Bluetooth connection to I LOCK IT is no longer possible, there are several reasons:
- The Bluetooth functionality of the smartphone is deactivated. Please turn on Bluetooth and reconnect.
- The I LOCK IT App is no longer active. Please start the I LOCK IT App.
- Another smartphone or key fob is currently connected to I LOCK IT. A simultaneous connection of several devices is not possible. Please deactivate the Bluetooth functionality of the connected smartphone or remove the battery from the key fob.
- The connection between I LOCK IT and the smartphone no longer exists. Please pair I LOCK IT with your smartphone again. To do this, set I LOCK IT to the connection mode (Chapter 4.4 in the User Manual).
