If the initial setup of I LOCK IT was unsuccessful then there are several reasons:
- I LOCK IT is no longer in factory condition. Please put I LOCK IT in connection mode as described in the app.
- The I LOCK IT battery is exhausted. Please charge the battery.
- Your smartphone and I LOCK IT are too far apart. Please make sure that your smartphone and I LOCK IT are in immediate range.
- The Bluetooth functionality of your smartphone is disturbed. Please restart your smartphone.
